birthday cake

This was a fun cake to make. It was for a friend who is also Bryson's kindergarten teacher. Her son who I use to babysit so this really makes me feel old, turns 15 today! Oh my where has the time gone? Anyways he loves old muscle cars so I got an edible image and make a mock drivers permit. It was alot of fun to make! I hope you enjoy it Jackson and Happy 15th B-day! :)

1st birthday cake

Here is another version of the blocks cake it was done orange and white per the customers request because they are big UT fans! It looks much better with the dot's on it! It was a little tricky getting it to the customer but it all worked out in the end!

Wedding

Here is my wedding cake that was due for today! It was chocolate cake with chocolate butter cream frosting which in turn tastes like fudge it is so yummy! I also poured ganache on the top of the cake before icing it! The bride loved it! :)

Yes you got it Spongebob! This was for a b-day party and of course that is what I will be making for bryson's b-day too! :) It was a lot of fun to make!

latest cakes

Hey gang here is the 2 most recent cakes ive made. One is a Polly Pocket Cake and the other is a fire breathing Dragon cake. I love hearing the response when people see the cakes. I got a response on the Dragon cake and the response was that he LOVED it and all the people at the party wanted my contact info! So glad to make people smile thru a special cake! :) Look out because next week I am just as busy with cakes so there will be another post next weekend! :)
